- A Vacation Bible School program, a week of activities for Grades 1 to 8, is held every summer.
For many years a need was felt for greater attention to youth and young adults. In 1990 the congregation decided to hire additional staff to meet with university students, to be a resource to the youth sponsors and youth Sunday School teachers, and to help integrate youth more fully into congregational life.
The youth programs are coordinated by the Youth Ministry
Team. Our Youth and Young Adult Minister gives leadership to many of the youth and Young Adult activites.
- Junior Fellowship, a monthly program of social and devotional activities for ages 9 to 13.
- A Mentoring programme, facilitating interaction between adults and the younger members of our church family.
- A Youth Group, for approximately ages 14 to 18. Youth activities provide a splendid opportunity for youth to become better acquainted with other youth in the church.
- A Youth Sunday School Class, which meets every Sunday at 9:45 a.m.
- Small Groups (intergenerational) provide an opportunity to worship, study and visit with other Christians. Everyone is invited to join a group convenient to their own schedule; the groups are organized in September, but one can join a group anytime during the year.
- Young Adult events are organized regularly. The Youth and Young Adult Minister coordinates these activites, on and off campus.
- A Young Adult Sunday School Class, which meets every Sunday at 9:45 a.m.
- Small Groups provide an opportunity to worship, study and visit with other Christians. Everyone is invited to join a group convenient to their own schedule; the groups are organized in September, but one can join a group anytime during the year. Small Groups serve to nurture friendship and faith, and often provide a welcoming entry into congregational life.

- The local Ten Thousand Villages 'Crafts of the World' Program is a program of Mennonite Central Committee that provides employment for artisans living in the Third World.
- The Refugee Assistance Program, active in our congregation since 1979, helps to resettle refugees from other parts of the world in our city.
- Generosity is encouraged. There are opportunities throughout the year to give toward the church budget, but there are also special seasonal appeals to share our resources with neighbours at home and abroad. No offerings are taken during the worship service.
- Our congregation is also involved in mission and service activities locally, nationally, and internationally through the broader Mennonite Church.
- Less visible than our congregational activities but very important is the influence of our members in the communities in which they live and in their places of work. We share a commitment to serve our neighbour beyond our congregational context.
- Other activities are planned throughout the year, and are announced in the weekly church bulletin.
- We also have a growing library of Christian and Mennonite literature, with books for every age group. Check out our titles.
- We welcome your participation in the life of our congregation. If you would like to have more information regarding our congregation, or if you would like to discuss matters of faith, we are most willing to talk to you.
